Learning To Drive In Skipton
Bentley School of Motoring are now offering driving lessons in this area. We have been operating in other parts of Bradford for over 18 years now. We cover Skipton and surrounding areas such as Silsden , Steeton , Eastburn and Sutton in Craven.
With a local driving instructor who knows the area well he will help you to hopefully pass your driving test 1st time. The instructor will know the best areas to get you to practise the various skills and manoeuvres needed to pass . If you are a new driver they would take you to a quiet nursery area to begin with so you can practise the basic car control skills. As your confidence and skills grow you will move onto more busier roads and traffic situations.
Your nearest test centres are in Steeton or Skipton. Many of the test routes will involve you driving in the countryside with many high speed dual and single carriageway roads.
All our instructors are regularly assessed by the driving school owner as well as needing to carry out periodic standards check as defined by the Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency.
